I live in Scotland, does it matter that your legals are covered by laws of England and Wales?

Does that mean I'm not covered if I live in Scotland?

If you live in Scotland and have a plan, you are covered, don't worry. We can offer plans to all UK residents.

You have protection under English/Welsh law, even though you live in Scotland. Scottish law is very slightly different so we can’t say Scottish law applies as we're based in England (but it doesn't mean that people in Scotland aren't covered).
