My plan got cancelled but I don't want to leave

So your plans been cancelled (in error or frustration) and now you've changed your mind? Don't worry, it happens, we won't judge; you've got a few options.

You cancelled your plan and now you’ve changed your mind

If you cancelled within 30 days of starting your plan, you can restart it by logging into your Happy Place and giving us your card details. Your card will be charged immediately for your normal monthly amount and normal monthly billing will resume.

If you cancelled your plan more than 30 days after starting your plan, log in to your Happy Place and hit the ‘Resume Plan’ button - if we've already cancelled, simply update your card details. Your card will be charged immediately for your normal monthly amount and normal monthly billing will resume.

We cancelled your plan because you didn’t pay your bill or ignored our emails

Provided it’s been less than 3 months since your plan got canned, you can restart it by logging in to your Happy Place and giving us your card details. Your card will be charged immediately for your normal monthly amount and normal monthly billing will resume.

If your plan got cancelled (for whatever reason) more than 3 months ago, then a new plan is your only option. Email us at [email protected] and we’ll do what we can to help.
