Every year we will email you to ask if you want to renew your 'lifeline' (this is the amount of time we guarantee to keep you insured if there is a change in your health).

Your original lifeline would have been either 5 or 10 years (depending on which product you have) and we think it makes sense to keep this topped up in case something does happen to you health.

It will be a simple matter of a couple of quick questions and you'll be good to go.

If you don't renew your lifeline, you insurance plan will still carry on, and will do so until either you stop paying us, or your original lifeline runs out.
