My husband / wife / partner / friend / relative died. I think they had a DeadHappy plan, what do I do?

Firstly, our condolences. It is undoubtedly a really difficult time for you.

If they had a DeadHappy plan, then please get in touch with us by emailing [email protected], getting in touch on the online chat or by calling our dedicated claims line on 0116 350 0134. We'll ask you a few questions and take things from there.

If you're not sure whether they had a DeadHappy plan or not, or whether it is still active, follow the same process and we can check for you.
