All the information you need is stored in your account / happy place. If you need something more official looking, go to My Plan and check out 'The Full Monty' section to download a PDF copy.

For plans starting after December 2022, you'll see a Documents tab on your dashboard when logged in. Here are all your docs for your plan. 2 of which are password protected with your date of birth (ddmmyyyy).
